Gymkhana Novelties - Event Entry

Entry is $20 and includes three novetly events: Bending race, Barrel race and Flag and Barrel.
It is the intention of the MCAV Horse Committee to split the novelties into age appropriate groups.

This year we are running gymkhana novelties for both adults and juniors.
Juniors are for those aged 7 - 17
Adults 18 +

Optional Get Together Ticket LIMITED TO 1 PER ENTRANT. Your entry to this event does not include a ticket.

Terms & Conditions

Scratching

Scratching will incur a 20% administration fee. Any scratching after October 10 will not receive a refund unless accompanied by a vet or doctor's certificate or at the Central Council's discretion.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

Having read and understood the terms and conditions of entering the Gymkhana Novelties Event, I the undersigned hereby release the Mountain Cattlemen's Association of Victoria (MCAV), its employees, trustees, contractors, and other persons associated with the MCAV or Annual Get Together of any responsibility or liability incurred from an accident or injury I, or my horse may sustain whilst competing in the Gymkhana Novelties Event. I further agree to release any sponsors, directors, producers, all members of the MCAV and any other person/s jointly and/or individually, who may be associated in any way with the above-named association for liability or damages resulting from activity associated in any way with the said event. In case of accident or sickness, I authorise such medical attention as may be deemed necessary at my expense. It is understood that every contestant must be covered by an ambulance fund. It is advisable to be covered by medical insurance.
